It also features stereo-simulated sound reproduction for real-life directional sound at a lower volume. This hearing protector has easy-to-use volume control and a padded stainless steel headband for comfort. The 6-S is also equipped with a separate microphone, receiver, amplifier and volume control in each cup. It is powered by four 1-1/2-volt, long-life AAA batteries for more than 200 hours of service.
